It’s back to school time again and many elementary aged schoolers need substantial help keeping themselves organized and on top of things during the school year.
This can be tough with the hectic lives we live today. Adding to the stress, is that children often have difficulty accepting help from their own parents. As a result, parents and kids can both benefit from handing over teaching these skills to an expert.
It is never too early to start learning organization skills… These are essential life skills that become habits easily when started young…
Does your Elementary Aged Child Need Help With:
Remembering to bring important items to and from school?
Remembering to write in their agenda?
Learning how to break down homework assignments into smaller parts so they can plan ahead?
Learning how to make a plan for completing their homework that considers their strengths and weaknesses and need for breaks?
Planning projects such as a Science Fair Project by organizing them into manageable parts they can accomplish without becoming overwhelmed?
Through the Organizing for Elementary School Workshop, your child will learn critical skills for organizing themselves, self-monitoring, and being prepared for the academic challenges that are presented to them each school day.
Workshops are small so each student can receive individual attention to apply what they have learned to their particular issue or problem. When it comes to personal change one size generally does not fit all…. In my experience, using education and insight tailored to each individual’s needs is needed to help change happen.
How it Works: Complete the Registration Form on Website. Dr. Holloman will call you to set up an initial phone intake. Your payment will not be processed until after the phone call and you decide you wish to enroll in the workshop.
