Do you have a particular area of the house, work, or garage that never seems to get or stay organized?
Do you have a dining room table or kitchen counters that are forever strewn with papers and mess?
In Organizing for Grown Ups, it doesn’t matter what area is your difficulty. It doesn’t even matter if your difficulty is at home, work, or school. Just pick one and use Dr. Holloman’s skills and the support of a group to help you tackle it once and for all…
The difference between this workshop and other solutions is that you will be in charge. You will make your own plan using the education and insight you receive from attending a workshop run by a psychologist. You will get inspired and learn to make decisions you can live with through the guidance of Dr. Holloman.
Workshops are small so each participant can apply what they have learned to their particular issue or problem. When it comes to personal change one size generally does not fit all…. In my experience, using education and insight tailored to each individual’s needs is needed to help change happen.
In this Workshop, Dr. Holloman will help you to …
Analyze Your Current Needs
Analyze Why Your Past Attempts at Organization Haven’t Worked
Set Up a Realistic Plan
Learn How to Self Monitor So That Sticking to Your Plan is Easier
Utilize Inspiration Methods and Peer Support to Keep You Motivated
Learn How to Set Up a Reward Plan for Yourself that Really Works…
Practice Modifying Your Plan Without Giving Up, Becoming Discouraged or Getting Distracted
Establish How to Use This Plan to Tackle Your other Organizing Needs
How it Works: Complete the Registration Form on Website. Dr. Holloman will call you to set up an initial phone intake. Your payment will not be processed until after the phone call and you decide you wish to enroll in the workshop.
